Develop a command-line application in Rust that allows users to manage a todo list. The application should provide the following functionality:
- Add a new task to the list
- Mark a task as completed
- View the list of tasks
- Remove a task from the list
- Save the list to a file for persistence
- Load the list from a file
- Clone the repository:
git clone <repo-link>
- Change directory:
cd todo-manager
- Run the program:
cargo run
