Hi Toru, I am sorry to hear that you have lost some iota tokens.
When you create a new seed, please ALWAYS save it in a safe place (and always make backups of your seeds), so that you are able to later use it (even in other iota software and devices).
When the user asks the wallet to create a new seed, the app even shows an alert dialog box instructing the user to save the seed created.
