ERR Dial failed: dial tcp: lookup localhost: device or resource busy

./ion-load-tool -ion-url 'wss://localhost:8443/ws?peer=b2dae52e-3ead-47b9-abbe-928b379bfa4f' -consume  -clients 1000 -seconds 6000 -stagger 0.2

Found this error when change -stagger to 0.2 or 0.5

Maybe this error is from biz

Load test for the 500 concurrent user

How can we load test the scenario for 500 concurrent users(All the user are in a single room and each of them needs to receive all the others 499 stream). how many publisher and receiver will be there in this case.

I just need to find what hardware will handle such loads(on the cloud like AWS EC2). we have a use case for this project for the group chat.
