I just wanted to ask what are your thoughts regarding language agnostic projects.
Could a new category be created for them or you don't want them listed ?

I'm asking this because I work on a initial draft for C.N.P. specification and wished I could add it to this list.

I got quite a few PRs with manual added repositories. That's great! ✨

The way how I first prototyped the build script is that it takes the top 29 developers (by the number of followers) from location:Romania (that means they filled in Romania or something which contains it in the location input) and then it takes the projects having at least two stars.

Since we should definitely handle manual added repos, I think one solution would be to store only the list of repo full names (or even just owners):

I suspect there are other cases, like companies with gh accounts employing Romanians. Eg: https://github.com/iMedicare or https://github.com/gorgias

In Contents you have [C#](undefined) and after Java, I believe it's C#, but we see only C (so we have two C sections).
