Another boilerplate for Drupal 8 to get quickly up and running while keeping the
environment clean, maintainable, and well approachable. It may have it's strengths
and weaknesses, but the goal here is not to focus on the perfect solutions, but
rather, solutions to combine the best balance of value for time.
