Problem:

pc-emul/pc.mk clean target missing

How to reproduce:

With iob-eth added as a periphel in iob-soc:
make clean gives the error:

make -C ./software/pc-emul clean
make[1]: Entering directory '(...)/iob-soc/software/pc-emul'
Makefile:17: ../../submodules/ETHERNET/software/pc-emul/pc.mk: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target '../../submodules/ETHERNET/software/pc-emul/pc.mk'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory '(...)/iob-soc/software/pc-emul'
make: *** [Makefile:146: clean] Error 2

• On iob-soc repo:
• make clean calls make $(PC_DIR) clean
• make $(PC_DIR) clean calls:

#peripherals (pc)
$(foreach p, $(PERIPHERALS), $(eval include $(SUBMODULES_DIR)/$p/software/pc-emul/pc.mk))

for each PERIPHERAL.

• gives error when it tries to include ETHERNET/software/pc-emul/pc.mk

Proposed fix:

• update pc directory to pc-emul
• (optional) add pc-clean target if needed

The Linux ethmac driver from opencores does not support half-duplex. Only full-duplex. Therefor there is no need to implement half-duplex mode.
