QuitGame崩溃
最近遇到一个神奇的事情，偶发QuitGame会崩溃。另外还会出现QuitGame的时候，导致UE进程假死，从而无法正常退出。
面对这个问题，初步判断为UE进程没有初始化完成导致的。
所以计划引入一个actor对象，在BeginPlay事件之后，进行单例模式检查，如果发现已经开启，再退出进程。
