Bot don't update telegram messages with comments, which changed on Gitlab by "Edit" button

As long as I remember, this feature already worked on t.me/trello_bot

Bot des not work in groups after adding other persons

As the Title says, the bot stopped working in a group after I added some other persons.
Still the Webhook successes with code 200, but no Message is send from the Bot.
Additional the Bot does not react to any of the messages send to it, like trying to adjust the settings or restart it.

Bot does not send messages upon job or pipeline events

the webhook is send and recieved successfull but no message in telegram is send.
Other hooks like push are working.

gitlab 14.6.0
latest bot version via selfhosted integram

What else do you need to resolve this?

Bot does not send notifications when replying to comments

I'm having an issue where the bot does not send a reply on telegram when the users makes a reply within comment threads

It shows the following:

If necessary, I can add a PR for this if that's okay. I just need permission to give it a shot 👍
