INSPIRE Monitoring and Reporting Tools

This repository includes some tools developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) to assist the INSPIRE Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) 2023 process.

The tools can be used to calculate different families of Monitoring indicators, as defined in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/1372:

  • directory dataset-accessibility: includes two approaches (based on SQL queries and Python scripts) to calculate indicators NSi2, NSi2.1, NSi2.2
  • directory dataset-conformity: includes an approach based on SQL queries to calculate indicators DSi2, DSi2.1, DSi2.2, DSi2.3
  • directory service-conformity: includes an approach based on SQL queries to calculate indicators NSi4, NSi4.1, NSi4.2, NSi4.3, NSi4.4
