Improve current TUI

The current TUI is quite an ugly hack using Windows "cls" or Unix "clear" command to give the user a pseudo-TUI experience. It could be much better.

Improve Documentation on Customer and LinkedList

Bug: Doesn't check the customer's input

There are tons of checking for the input missing which could make the user confused. For example, it doesn't check against whether the customer's name contains invalid characters such as numbers, hyphen, mathematical symbols.

It could be more user-friendly to have these checking on customer's input.

Adopt a GUI framework

Possible candidates: GTK+, Qt, wxWidgets, Electron

Feat: Enter empty value for default value at info editing screen

Store customer's information into the physical storage

Feat: Encrypt customers' info

It would be useful if the customers' information could be encrypted securely when stored as a file. This could probably resist any malicious attempts on reading these sensitive data.
