In Win11 and edge browser(Non-portable)
1, DDplus, Atmos(if any) Audio
2, Lock the bitrate of 4K video to 12000
3, Use HEVC code, Downgrade from 4K to 1080P

Other OS And Browser(Includes portable edge)
1, HE-AAC Audio (lower than DDplus)
2, AV1, VP9, AVC, and AVChigh, can be selected

update cadmium playercore

i tried updating cadmium playercore and worked on my end. you could try if you want.
bugs: bitrate selector wont show up.

the settings i use:

info:
Playing bitrate (a/v): 192 / 4940 (1920x1080)
Audio Track: en, Id: A:2:1;6;en;1;0;, Channels: 5.1, Codec: audio/mp4; codecs="mp4a.40.5" (he-aac)
Video Track: Codec: video/mp4;codecs=avc1.4d0028 (avc, prk)
