update sample sources links page

clean up https://github.com/in4k/in4k.github.io/blob/master/wiki/sample-sources.markdown

figure out a solution for binaries

there are some binaries still hosted on in4k.undergrund.net (sources, tools, snapshots of pages, videos of talks, pdfs, presentations, tutorials, etc)

repo is not usually the best place to store the binaries but github doesnt have a files section either (like bitbucket does)

also, we will want to snapshot other pages and tools in the future to keep a local copy (in case sites go down) so we need a more permanent solution for storing binaries. any suggestions anyone?

Fix links to all broken Hugi online articles

There are a few pages with links to online hugi articles which have gone 404 since they changed their page structure.

The articles can still be found online here

And most of the link references on in4k include a "local" copy pointing to a working untergrund.net link, but it still needs to get cleaned up.

I would suggest all links need to be updated to either link to new remote url or convert the html to markdown and include it in the wiki directly.

I'm too lazy to fix them all right now since there are a lot of them and most of them are deprecated info, but if anyone wants to pick this up and clean it up you have here the details on why i left it pending.

add a basic jekyll gh-pages template instead of using wiki

started cloning the pages into the wiki section for now, but what would be best would be to include the markdowns in the actual repo and have some sort of jekyll template boilerplate. To have in4k.github.io displaying a render of the markdown pages (and have them listed on the repo itself, not the wiki, to be able to keep better account of who commited and changed what).

we should have a page explaining the issue with antivirus wrongly flagging compressed files as malware, with links to previous discussions on pouet, mails sent and such

Paul Bourkes pages seem to have moved to http://www.paulbourke.net/.
The link to "Useful Maths equations" does not work anymore. It seems to have moved to http://virtualmathmuseum.org/index.html.
The program the images for the equations were generated with might be interesting too: "3D-XplorMath" can be found here.
