Player list full of anonymous players

I'm having issues with the API and the website making most of the players on my server anonymous. It happens randomly when there are more than 1 person on. And it is different people being put as 'Anonymous Players' each time. I have checked with the players personally and they have said that they do not have their MC account set to anonymous.

changing online/offline

server is offline and it switches to online and offline when it ses online it makes up 1-4 players online randomly.

when the server is online its fine, only happens when its offline.
