Can you tag a new release, so that we can more easily use this library with composer? Because of the autoloader issue (already fixed in master) , it's currently unusable.

imelgrat.me had no issue reporting functionality, nor a contact info to email to, hence the issue opened on a random project of yours; this has nothing to do with google-time-zone.

contains an inaccuraccy:

"For a distributed system, partition tolerance means the system will continue to work unless there is a total network failure. A few nodes can fail and the system keeps going."
A partition in a network is when two nodes are no longer connected, and hence cannot communicate. "Total network failure" vs "A few nodes can fail" is too vague to describe network partitions.
