The article_id foreign key on the comments table should point to id on the articles table. Currently user_id on the comments table has two lines leading to it and is pointing to the wrong primary key. Similarly, each table needs an id (with no prefix). Only foreign keys should have prefixes (e.g. user_id, article_id).

Your options are "new_comment" or (because it's a nested route) "new_article_comment".
