Add TwoLut translation whenever studio is out and the plugin is ported
Mod translations from the KK repo are missing

Most of the mods work both in KK and KKS, exclusives are a small % so it would make sense to share these translations between repos.
Rework handling of wide-characters and circled numbers
Some issues with Translation/en/Text/Main/JapToWesternNumbers.txt
- Shouldn't be needed in general if
ReplaceWideCharactersenabled (but currently not applied after processing regexes, which limits it's usefulness). - only works if we use
sr:and let the numbers strings be retranslated. That's a lot of overhead, and increases chances things could go wrong. - Could be better handled if bbepis/XUnity.AutoTranslator#101 was addressed
- The circle numbers are problematic at low res, but some prefer them kept at higher res. XUnity.AutoTranslator has resolution based filters now, so those could be used.
