Types are missing in some places

For speeding up in the migration from the pwa, some places have any as type, it must be typed correctly

Workflow due to name change

Create contribute.md

The project needs a contribute.md
Current flow is described in readme.md

Maybe it could be separated / explained in detail in other file?

Readme.md should have a link pointing the new contribute.md

Create Rooms: Rooms should have Tags

Rooms in create.tsx should have tags
This tags have to be included in createRoom() and in Supabase a new columns must be created
