Migrate to sqlite

Since this project does not require high performance read/write, SQLite does works well.

Try to use bcrypt to reduce sign up duration

I avoid to use bcyrpt because it truncates user's password which feels insecure.
But considered the expected scale of this app, it could be minor issue.
Password hashing argon2 is slow; it takes several seconds.
So I will use bycrypt if it is faster than argon2
