add some badges to the top of readme.md file, since the badges will be colorful and more attractive at the top of README.md file than the text the users will like it and after linking the badges it will also help them to navigate to different sections/ webpages like PRs, issues, contributors, etc.

I will add some badges at the top and also will add links related to them so that the README.md file will look more interactive and awesome.

The current UI is boring and doesn't do any good. A fresh free template would look better.

Since the last deployment, many changes have been introduced. Need to push the code to deployment branch.

When you open website, there is no logo which does not make it look like a complete website.

Expected behavior
A logo is a necessity for any website, so adding logo would be a wise thing to do.

1. Footer is not lying at the bottom in Homepage and also when redirected to Malaria page same issue is occuring.
2. Github Link is not working when we click on Github icon on any page as name was changed from FOSC-IIIT-Kalyani to IIITKalyaniFOSC.

Hey maintainers

I am the one who opened a new PR for adding a Brain Tumor Prediction model a few months back and my PR never got merged and now I understand exactly why that happened. The model size was ~300 MB which is definitely not something that can be deployed on Heroku.

I have a much better proposal this time.
I want to add a Brain Tumor Prediction model which accepts Brain MRI images and classifies them as Brain Tumor Found or Not.
Additionally, I also want to add a Chest MRI diagnosis model that classifies chest images as COVID-19, Viral Pneumonia, or Normal.
Both the models are around 2 MB in size and wouldn't really increase the load of the server and would be a great addition to this project.
If assigned, I would also add the corresponding functions to the "app.py" file and it could be used in similar ways you are currently using the Malaria Prediction model.
All the current requirements would remain the same and the only significant increase in Heroku's slug size would be of both the models (~5 MB).

Do give it a thought and let me know if I could add them.
