Gem dependencies about em-synchrony

Now it depends on them and I have to download and install all (which also means installing mysql libs etc) of them even though I don't plan on using any of them

Well, I think the dependencies have to be there - downloading and installing in itself is not a problem. However, I have been thinking of making the requires optional, such that you can mix and match what modules you need.

ex: require 'em-synchrony/em-http' ... although, it is kinda dirty.

my main problem with this is that installing the mysql dependency requires mysqlplus which in turn requires mysql header files to compile (which might not work in rubinius/jruby)
