General info

This project is a NEWS-APP that allows users to view news from various countries. The application uses the NewsAPI public API to fetch news data, and users can select a country from a sidebar menu to view news specific to that country. The application also allows users to toggle between list and tile views of the news items.

Setup

This app requires npm to be installed to run.

Features

Key features of the application include:

• Viewing news from a variety of countries
• The ability to select a specific country to view news from
• Toggling between list and tile views of news items
• Viewing the title, source name, publication date, thumbnail (if available), and teaser for each news item
• Viewing a popup with the content, author, and URL of a news item when clicked
