support for t2 and t3 mexes

the mod doesnt recognize a mex on a spot which is already built. so if u have a building unit selected u cannot select an unit in the near of a mex, u have to deselect the unit first.

sometimes the mex overlay doesnt dissapear in a building queue. example for an engineer: mex - pgen - mex - select reclaim (because overlay).

after the latest server/lobby/game update (idk) the game crashes if u enable the mod

If I switch between the "build templates" over hotbuild (zulan hotkey: g), the mod crashed completely:

An upgraded Com will still build T1 mexes

If "Optimal Balance (Revealed)" is enabled, the position of a player will not be displayed.
