After user chooses to report a shag is dirty, allow them to choose what kind of threat is present. (משקית, רס״ר, מצ...)

Heroku recently removed their free tier, this means RasarBot is no longer in production.

I'm looking for free deployment services I can use to make it operational again.
The deployment itself requires secret tokens so it need to be done by me, but I can use help researching tools and services.

Must be fixed before publishing the repository.
The bot token and dev token shouldn't be visible in the code.

Implement cancel report

Implement telegram standardized /help command that sends an explanation of how to use the bot and its commands.

If after report, user write random text with the regular keyboard, he/she can enter another report.
This process can be repeated and cause algorithm faults.

Need to decide on specific report policy (1 report per hour/day or something) and enforce it.

Old reports should be ignored after a certain time period

Make update messages update, instead of sending new ones.
This will reduce clutter in UI and improve UX.

If user reported and wants to report the next day, the cancel_report keyboard is still visible and user gets confused.
"Can I report? I don't remember reporting today, why is this bot mad at me? What is wrong with me?"

Need to restart to default keyboard after a few hours automatically.

So users will know how relevant is the prediction.

Add emojis to the bot to improve ui :)

Heroku's free tier shuts down the server after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Need to make the code persistent, so data stays after shutdown and startup.

When the bot is sure of that a shag has a rasar it should send a notification to all subscribed users.
