As a user I need to specify a validator for a specific type of config. This should most likely live with the PropertyConverters

A user I need to reload my properties in two ways

• automatic
• on a command

As user I need a way to specify defaults when a property doesn't exist

As a user I need ConfigurationService to be thread safe so I can use it multi-thread environments.

As a user it would be nice to have a demonstration on the ConfigService works
examples include:

• 1. how to get a value as a type+key
• 2. how to create a key
• 3. how to get a value with a Key
• 4. how to populate a ConfigService
• 5. how to listen to property

A a user it would be super cool to be able to do:

Key<String> key = Key<String>...
String x = configService[key]

current converts are hard coded. Should create an api to convert string to a specific type
