The ibutsu_upload cli command does not pass the --source values to the ibutsu. I can's see source value on the server.

Here is my command example:

ibutsu-upload \

And here is what I see the run details:

The source field is NULL.

Currently the download method of the artifacts endpoint requires authentication, meaning that when trying to download an artifact from the browser you just get a 403.

For the interim, let's add a command line utility to download artifacts, and provide some instructions on how to do it.

The command line utilities should be able to source the token from an environment variable.

In pyproject.toml "ibutsu_utils/_version.py" is specified but there is no such file. Please add this file or replace
