Release individual utilities?

If every folder is a separate utility, then does it make sense to release them individually, to make it easier for others to reuse the utilities? I imagine some of these utilities will not be updated frequently and so there wouldn't be a real need for frequent releases. Makes it easier to use specific utilities in this repository.

[Python] Support for getting a list of published streams.

To use lscpus with version 4.x and above you need to set the domain name variable: STREAMS_DOMAIN_ID

Python: Add the ability to refresh any REST object to get the latest state.

E.g. refresh a job to get its latest health.

Code should be generic.

[Python] StreamingAnalyticsService - Add method to submit job from URL.

Remove streamsx.rest.VcapUtils.

Simply have private functions to get vcap info that are used by code within streamsx.

Don't want to incur testing/doc overhead for a deprecated feature.

Should view plotting code be moved.

Plotting a view should be a separate module from rest.py.

[ANT] InfoSphere_Streams 4.2 version supports compile time values

I was not able to add a compile time value in ant task in this version. Can it be added to the ant task? Thanks!

Do not disable insecure requests warnings by default.

Should be up to the app using a generic library if it wants to disable warnings or not.
