What shall be the correct link?

Streams 4.1.1 has just been released. Please add What's New.

Add statement about what Streams is.
There are different ways to present this information.

e.g. banner at the bottom.

We may need to rework the text to make it fit better to the messages that we are trying to convey.

I think the title could be improved here:

The main point of that what's new item is that it can now be used on the cloud, and the title should reflect that. Possible alternatives:

• Cloud-ready
• Available on Cloud
• On Bluemix
• On Bluemix as Streaming Analytics
• Now on Bluemix, IBM's cloud service
• Available on Bluemix as Streaming Analytics
• Available on the Cloud as Streaming Analytics

Can we please add some video / links to the new DSX / Python support?
