can we leverage travis for this?

Sure, generally we can use whatever pipeline technique as we wish as long as below steps are applied.

• Make sure mkdocs cli is in place and executable
• Make sure ghp_import is in place and executable
• Run mkdocs build to generate static web pages from the markdown files
• Run ghp-import site -p -x docs to publish the generated static web pages to gh-pages branch under docs folder.

Just curious if there's any special reason that we prefer travis given that we've already used GH action to auto-generate helm chart package in this repo. Also see GitHub Docs where it mentioned GitHub Actions and Travis CI are very similar.
