Block Storage is missing from the Infrastructure offerings

1. What are the details of the issue you're experiencing?
   I don't see Block Storage listed in any of the tables in Service and infrastructure availability by location topic.

   Please add Block Storage to every table that contains File Storage and IBM Cloud Backup. Block Storage is available in every location where File Storage is available.

The link to "Docs" on the navigation bar within test.cloud.ibm.com/docs and subsequent pages within docs is linked as cloud.ibm.com/docs. This is frustrating to happen when looking for docs specifics to test cloud.

3. Is this issue in reference to a specific page? If so, please provide a link.

If this is a locale specific issue, I am viewing the "English" page from the UK.

4. Do you have a suggestion about how to resolve the issue?

Update the link to test.cloud... docs when on test.cloud....
Alternatively, direct me to the correct repository/team on GH or GHE and I will raise an issue there.

Service Level Agreements link is not working

1. What are the details of the issue you're experiencing? SLA Link is no longer working. Earlier it used to load pdf document.

   The script will not work as CF stopped supporting src: process.env.CF_INSTANCE_IP
   CF team recommended to use the following method to obtain its IP address.
