OTA question

Hello,

First of all, I want to congratulate you for the nice work. Recently I have been trying to use the 'folded' package on suid dentition and I came up with a question that I couldn't find the answer, and I thought I should ask here for clarification. The question concerns OTA (Occlusal Total Area).
Based on what I read in the publication (i.e., Sanisidro et al., 2022), it should correspond to the total area measured (enamel+dentine+remaining tooth areas) and this is also clearly shown in Fig. 2 in Sanisidro et al., 2022 (in the output part OTA is fully black indicating that it corresponds to the whole tooth). However, this is not the case, actually in the csv files that are produced after analyzing the images the OTA value (in the summary fille) is equal to the sum of the enamel and dentine area (i.e., OTA = Enamel Area + Dentine Area). Why this happens, I mean shouldn't it also include the rest of the remaining tooth (e.g., cementum etc.) ? I am confused, is this a bug or I do something wrong? Your reply will be very much appreciated and thank you in advance.
