Create initial library

As a user,
I would like an automated way to install Homebrew casks,
so that I can cut down on setup time for any new machine.

Create TODOs

Remove dependency on Caskfile

It appears that Homebrew is removing the Brewfile functionality, so it's safe to assume that Homebrew cask will follow suit.

Create library website

As a user,
I would like a website with all pertinent information regarding the library,
so that I can understand how the library works.

set up a global Caskfile that always gets updated when run so that you can easily update all casks

Its unsafe to assume a user has all of the Homebrew taps installed, so update the install script to tap all of the various Homebrew installation libraries.
