This module is a tool for calculating correlations such as Person, Partial, Tetrachoric, Polychoric, Spearman, Intraclass correlation, Bootstrap agreement, Multilevel correlation, Concordance correlation, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Correlation structure, and allows users to produce Gaussian Graphical Model and Partial plot.

seolmatrix module can be installed and used in R as a standard R packages.

Installation

At the moment, seolmatrix is not in CRAN yet, so you need to install it via devtools

Feature request: Krippendorff's alpha

I like this module for its ability to compute interrater reliability, with correlations and Fleiss Kappa. The only feature I am missing is Krippendorff's alpha. Would it be possible to add it? It's mostly similar to Fleiss Kappa, but there should be a dropdown menu to select the type of data: "nominal","ordinal","interval","ratio"

I cannot input a categorical dichotomous variable.

Fleiss Kappa: option "Raters are columns" and optional "Raters are rows"

Hi!
I wanted to make a suggestion for doing content analysis. Fleiss's Kappa and Krippendorf alpha are two statistics that are calculated together.

Is it possible to add the option to change the raters to rows or columns in both statistics?

'S' is not positive definite

Hi there, thank you very much for creating this module.

I am facing this issue of 'S' is not positive definite when running the rater reliability analyses (ICC) for a sample of 10 cases, and 3 rater scores.

When running the same data in SPSS, the results seems to be able to generate w/o this error message.

Seeking enlightenment on what might be the issue please. thank you!

The seolmatrix jamovi module immediately reports a processing error: "This analysis has terminated, likely due to hitting resource limit.". (Windows 10; jamovi 2.3.24.)

Issue with ICC calcul

Hi,
When we try to calcul our interrater reliability and ICC, no results are appearing on screen. We only see a subtext under ''Rater reliability" and it says: "subscript out of bound".

What does it means and can it be fixed?
