Electron holography data analysis with HyperSpy

HyperSpy is an open source Python library for the interactive analysis of multidimensional datasets that can be described as multidimensional arrays of a given signal (for example, a 2D array of spectra, also known as a spectrum image).

HyperSpy makes it straightforward to apply analytical procedures that operate on an individual signal to multidimensional arrays, as well as providing easy access to analytical tools that exploit the multidimensionality of the dataset.

HyperSpy is released under the GPL v3 license.

Since version 0.8.4, HyperSpy only supports Python 3. If you need to install HyperSpy in Python 2.7, please install version 0.8.3.

holospy's Issues

Making a logo

Following hyperspy/exspy#17 I also played on the possibility of a holoSpy logo, drawing on the idea of having a simplified sketch of the off-axis electron holography setup as 'l' and giving the rest of 'holo' a hologram like appearance:

The last one being my personal favorite, I also made a dark version of it.

We might need to delete this repo and try agin :/ Apparently I copied the history for hyperspy-extension.ymal file without knowing it...

I think the right git filter is

git filter-repo --path holospy/ --path doc/user_guide/electron_holography.rst --path hyperspy/misc/holography/ --path hyperspy/_signals/hologram_image.py --path hyperspy/tests/signals/test_hologram_image.py --path hyperspy/tests/signals/test_hologram_image_statistics.py --path-rename holospy/: --force

We could also maybe just force push to the repo and clean things up that way....
