The main theme of this project is to do functional test automation with special stress on selenium suite of tools, frameworks, methodologies and approach. The framework will be developed in such a way that the Selenium Script Generator (Record Scripts) will be integrated to TestNG and build process through ANT tool. Once the Selenium Server is started, the scripts will be executed and the result will be generated as Report. The Reports can be shared to the User through the Mailing Feature. The Framework will allow the user to perform WebApplication testing and Data-Driven Testing, and API Testing. This Framework will not work for Standalone Applications. One of the most difficult parts of developing this framework is integrating the tools by using API and providing the workable end product. It provides features such as Test Case Execution, Report Generation and emailing the reports. For the development of this TAS Framework, Selenium, TestNG, ANT are used.
