bias未设置device,导致use_cuda=True时报错

bias未设置device,导致use_cuda=True时报错
RuntimeError: expected device cuda:0 but got device cpu
可以修改为：
bias = torch.nn.Parameter(torch.randn(Xi.size(0))).to(self.device)
