Feature request: add fast forward speed about noods

What platform are you on? On desktop there's a setting to disable the frame limiter, as well as a fast forward hotkey. Other platforms don't have the hotkey but should still be able to disable the limiter in the settings.

My platform is android Samsung galaxy note 10 android 11.

You can set "FPS Limiter" to "Disabled" in the settings to make the emulator run as fast as possible. It's not as convenient as a hotkey, but you can at least open the menu with the back button to change it mid-game. Note that this is still limited by how fast your device is.
