saur crashes in cases where cached files conflict with makepkg verification

In some cases, such as with the plex-media-player PKGBUILD, certain cached files are not updated to their latest state. This causes new build to fail on source verification.

Currently the workaround is for the user to manually delete the cached directory and just download the PKGBUILD and files again.

It would be nice if SAUR could handle this case a bit more gracefully, by for instance deleting the cached build directory itself before failing.
