Hello,
I am trying to follow the steps in building libusb for android. I have the ndk and I also created the global variable NDK. I also ran ./configure after cloning this project. When I reach step 6 (running $NDK/ndk-build) I get the error:

      'libintl.h' file not found

I have installed the library which apparently contains libintl libc6-dev and I have the file libintl.h in the path usr/include/ which is one of the include paths used by gcc.

Please help.
I am using Ubuntu18.04
