Build Setup

# install dependencies

Update readme for config.json setting in UI

After 0.8.0 release, we can set up config.json in the web browser.
So, I think that we need to add UI configuration description and some images in README.adoc.

Thought?

Add the MathJax dependency

Emoji Support

Please add emoji support.

Suggestion for update hubpress section

Command line is good but I think that it will be more helpful using github UI with some images in update hubpress section.

After watching youtube video described in that section, I write post about

Add a link to upgrade HubPress

In the page Settings, add a button to open the upgrade page

Consider serving logo.png over https!

Hi!

On first install it produces mixed content on login page. I would guess it turns off a lot of first time users.
Github now supports https on all github.io domains.

I would suggest to replace
http://hubpress.io/img/logo.png with
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HubPress/site.hubpress.io/gh-pages/img/logo.png in
hubpress/scripts/app.js

Add more social network

Add more social network in the setting page and in themes.
