Agilito is back

After pivotaltracker's decision to have paid plans, i'll be working on getting this project back to life.

It will only be pinax-compatible.

improve handling of external packages

There are some python modules which would be pulled or downloaded using pip.
A requirements.txt could be added to agilito in order to handle this external dependencies.

Remove Sidebar class

The idea is to take Sidebar from inside views.py and have the same effect using templates and named urls

Add the necessary tags and code to be able to translate agilito into other languages.

create pinax project

Create a public branch from pinax on where to create a new project folder (inside pinax projects folder). And configure it acording to agilito's need

change static files paths

in order to have pinax compatibility static files (images, js, and css) must be referenced using {{ STATIC_URL }}

for maintaining standalone version, STATIC_URL must be defined in the settings.py file

make project list section
