Sensitive data passed via query parameter

When attempting to get the token, the securesubmit.js plugin is passing sensitive data such as credit card information via query parameters. This will be saved in server logs, proxies, etc. This is in conflict with PCI compliance requirements. Sensitive data needs to be passed in a post request and the parameters need to be stored in the post body.
