It looks fine on the desktop browser but horrendous on smartphones, so I commented it for now so that no one sees it.

• For a new visitor who knows nothing about the site, I don't know if it would occur to them to click on one of the guest lecturer's pictures.
• Also, once you click on a picture, it's not obvious that you can scroll down to read more.
• Urgent: On smartphone, every time one scrolls up or down on lectures.html, the page has to refresh again, which is extremely inconvenient.

On Chrome this becomes and issue only when at about 25% zoom. I even know the cause: it's because Nicholas Chancellor and Toby Cathcart-Burn become 2-line names while the names beside them are 1-line names. This could be fixed by making all names 2-lines long, or all names very small in font (as we did for Elisabeth Rodriguez-Heck's row). However there's something unsatisfying about the fact that zooming out can cause 1 line of text to become 2 lines: perhaps the font size must change with the zooming in and out!. Also there's something slightly unsatisfactory about having some names take up 2-lines and others take up 1-line, and likewise for project descriptions.

confirmation.html has a currency=CAD in a URL. Maybe it needs to depend on the IP address.
