Hello there,
I have some problems running your code. Some things I could solve by myself (e.g. I am running your code on an M1 Mac) but I have still some issues:

• PIP could not find hpai-utils==0.0.55. What kind of package is this? Google did not help me much.
• When try to reproduce the detection with /bin/bash scripts/dl_replicate_results.sh it takes very long for each picture. Probably minutes. Any suggestions what went wrong?
• When trying to run a detection on an own picture with PYTHONPATH=$PROJECTPATH python atoms_detection/dl_detection.py dataset/my_custom_dataset.csv I get the error that the ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'atoms_detection'. Any clues what went wrong?
