Expected Behavior

When I restart an app which only has a single instance the tool should be able to perform the restart without taking down the service in the process.

Actual Behavior

The tool currently errors out and informs me that it cannot restart single app instance applications.

Steps to Reproduce (including precondition)

1. Have an application with a single instance.
2. Perform a cf rrs APP_NAME

• OS: Mac OS X 10.14.4
• cf-cli version: 6.43.0+815ea2f3d.2019-02-20
• cf-rolling-restart version: 1.0.3

App instances are going in alphabetical order instead of numerical order.

Expected Behavior

Restart order for apps: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 ...

Actual Behavior

0, 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ..

1. Have application with 11+ instances
2. cf rolling-restart APP_NAME

• cf-cli version: latest
• cf-rolling-restart version: v1.1.1

Expected Behavior

Audit should be there on AppsMan to backtrack actions of users

Actual Behavior

It just restarts the app with no audit on AppsMan

Do a cf rolling-restart of an app and see on Appsman

Is this plugin equivalent to native cf cli command
cf restart APP-NAME --strategy rolling
?

Are there any differences in its end result?
