SwtichBot- Config entry has already been setup! about core

Are we sure that its switchbot that is being setup twice?

The error message doesn't give us a lot of info so I opened #117091 to improve it

@bdraco fixed this in the beta iirc. It probably isn't fixed then

Probably another race somewhere in the integration itself, or the config entry tooling, but I would check the integration first since we aren't seeing it for other ones

had to reboot host, and got the error message on 2024.5.3 with more descriptive error message.
