Next time be a little more descriptive in your issue report. Also notice that this repo is not for user support, but developer support only as clearly stated when you tried creating your issue here (but completely ignored).
Looks like you're trying to run the arm64 container on a x86 host, that is not going to work.
Replace "platform: linux/arm64" with "platform: linux/amd64" and it should work.
Another note is that running the Matter server in docker yourself is officially not supported and at your own risk.

Yet you still were able to decipher what was wrong apparently? Sounds like enough details to me. I'm not jumping through hoops. GitHub issues are for issues hence the name ✌️
