Save Game Feature

Add the ability to save the current game to a file, which includes:

• the well's state
• the score
• the user's name

Tetris Images

"Ghost" game when exit and start a new game

The whole screen becomes "colourless" (technically, becomes one colour), until the tetromino falls at the bottom of the well. And then everything goes back to normal.

Reproducing the bug: Start a new game, then exit the game by pressing ESC key, and then start a new game again.
