A Question (not an issue) about beebfpga

This commit added an external tube interface 16564ed to the Altera DE1 build.

It's 3.3V so can be connected directly to a Pi running PiTubeDirect.

I did a small amount of testing and it seemed to work, but I've not used it since then.

Whoever is maintaining the ZX UNO Core would need to do the work to port it.

There's very little new logic, it's mostly just bringing the various ext_tube_ signals out to a suitable connector.

I will have a look at porting it.

I had a quick look at the VHDL and it does not look that hard - famous last words :-)
