Data Availability

Bulk RNA-sequencing (EGAS00001003070 & EGAS00001004395), whole genome sequencing (EGAS00001004395), single cell and single nuclei RNA-sequencing (EGAS00001004656) datasets generated and analysed in this study are available through the European Genome-Phenome Archive (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ega/studies/) repository, in the form of FASTQ or BAM files.

Processed single cell and nuclei RNA-sequencing data are publically available through the Broad Institute Single-Cell Portal (https://singlecell.broadinstitute.org/single_cell/study/SCP503) and CReSCENT (https://crescent.cloud).
