Including undefined variables and other weirdly reported errors.

We should be able to re-run the program after it has ended / crashed.

Wrong behaviour when:

• stopped on a breakpoint and using "run"
• stepping over a function which contains a breakpoint
• stepping out of a function and there is a breakpoint later in that function

• create a "list view" to show the stack
• show scope variables on click
• jump to the return location in the code view on click
• when inspecting a "higher" scope and then stepping (into/out/over), reset those views to show the current scope
